As a Business Operations Analyst youll drive high-impact analysis and deliver clear, actionable insights to strengthen processes, reporting, and performance metrics. Youll build efficient tools and workflows across multiple business systems to support smart, data-driven decision-making and help the organization hit key revenue goals.

What You Will Do

• Data Analysis
• Integrate and analyze complex, multi-source data to deliver clear, data-driven insights.
• Build queries and report that power key performance metrics and decision-making.
• Use data audit techniques to ensure high data quality and reliability.
• Independently interpret data and provide well-supported recommendations to management (SIP, Named Accounts, CRM, POS).
• Partnering with Stakeholders
• Work closely with stakeholders to clarify business goals, define priorities, and recommend strategic actions.
• Collaborate across teams and with external partners to drive successful project outcomes.
• Prepare and present impactful analytical reports to leadership.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.
