Surgical Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will assist surgeons and medical staff during procedures by preparing operating rooms, maintaining a sterile field, and ensuring all instruments and supplies are properly organized and available. This role plays a vital part in patient safety and surgical efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and sterilizing surgical instruments and equipment

• Assisting surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies

• Maintaining a sterile environment throughout surgery

• Supporting patient preparation and post-operative room cleanup

Qualifications:

• Certification or completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program

• Knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
