Job Summary This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Assistant Director, Maintenance. This position will be responsible for maintaining the campus buildings, mechanical, electrical and life safety systems according to the facilities operational procedures.
Responsibilities
Maintenance - Skilled Trades Worker will maintains building systems and components, including, but not limited to, HVAC mechanical systems and their individual components. This includes a basic working knowledge of DDC controls, boilers, chillers, and central plant theory and operation.
Required Qualifications
Education : High School diploma or equivalent
Experience : Proficient in at least two recognized skilled trades, i.e., plumbing, electrical, and mechanical, carpentry, masonry, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of building maintenance procedures and products.
Proposed Salary
$18.27 - $21.63 / hourly
