Commercial Construction Superintendent

With over 35 years of experience, we’re known for our ability to rethink and rebuild spaces from the ground up. As we expand throughout Florida, we’re looking for a  Traveling Superintendent  based in the  Tampa area to take charge of projects statewide—from Jacksonville to Key West and everywhere in between.

What You’ll Do :

• Supervise all aspects of on-site operations across multiple Florida projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and materials to ensure timelines and budgets are met
• Maintain rigorous safety standards and compliance with state / local codes
• Act as the primary on-site representative, ensuring clear communication with project managers and clients
• Review updated plans, RFIs, and site conditions, making real-time decisions to keep projects moving
• Build relationships with local trades, inspectors, and suppliers for efficient project execution
