We’re looking for experienced, high-energy supervisor to join our team. Supervisor will be responsible for customer service standards, delegating team, maintain dining room area and sanitation standards

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts : set floor plan / sections, run pre-shift, manage pacing and table turns
• Elevate guest experience : resolve issues, comp / void within limits, service recovery
• Coach the team : train, delegate side work, uphold steps of service and standards
• Coordinate with kitchen & bar : ticket times, course pacing, allergy / 86 accuracy
• Handle cash & POS : cash sales, discounts / comps, end-of-day reports
• Ensure compliance & safety : breaks / time punches, sanitation and incident logs
• Performs other duties as assigned
