Director, Electric Projects and Programs

As a Director at ENTRUST Solutions youll be at the forefront of managing multiple large-scale Electric Distribution projects across diverse scopes. Youll lead teams collaborate with clients and ensure that every project meets performance goalsfrom budgets and schedules to quality and client satisfaction.

Heres a snapshot of your day-to-day :

• Lead and oversee electric distribution design projects ensuring they meet internal and client-defined performance metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with utility clients acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to project managers engineers and technical leads.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic growth plans for your region.
• Forecast revenue track project health and ensure quality control across all deliverables.
• Support talent development by identifying training needs and helping team members grow.
• Participate in client presentations proposal development and sales efforts.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across business units to deliver the best project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with HR safety IT and project-specific policies.
