Performance Test Engineer :

  • Performance testing and validation of application and infrastructure changes that are going to production
  • Work with Quality Assurance (QA) Analysts and Developers to ensure comprehensive system testing coverage, reliability, performance, and quality
  • Analyze testing requirements and develop testing strategies and plans
  • Review and approve test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures including database impacts, software scenarios, and usability
  • Maintain and update application documentation in a timely manner

Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

  • Experience as a Performance Tester or Performance Engineer
  • Experience with LoadRunner Enterprise ( ex HP Performance Center ) and VUGen ( Virtual User Generator )
  • Apache JMeter for performance testing and load generation
  • Application monitoring tools such as Dynatrace or Splunk
  • Experience in performance testing scripting, analysis, and providing optimization recommendations
  • Ideally ( not mandatory ) experience with Salesforce / SFDC testing
  • Proficiency with Jira for project tracking and documentation
