Your role.

No busy work here. We'll give you the flexibility to craft business solutions, not just spreadsheets. We are looking for candidates who are proactive learners, creative thinkers and collaborative problem solvers. Your work will include, but not be limited to :

• Meet with clients to understand their business issues, develop impactful data-driven solutions and instill confidence by assuring the integrity of the data being used to make decisions.
• Develop and apply a working knowledge of data integration and business analytics best-practices and training on common solutions and tools utilized to solve client needs.
• Leverage your education to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations and express results in a business context.
• Deliver solutions in cross-functional engagement teams who serve clients across multiple industries, technology platforms and geographies.

The qualifications.

This is a non-exempt position and may require work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week. This position may require some local, national, and occasional international travel.

Generally, experienced hires are not hired at or near the maximum salary range for their position, as compensation decisions are determined through a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to : responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. For early career roles, including campus hires, we offer market-based starting salaries that are consistent across individuals within the same hiring group. This approach ensures fairness and reflects current industry benchmarks for entry-level talent.

The compensation range for this role in CO, IL and MA is : $87,000.00 - $90,000.00
