The Role :

Sauce Labs is seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Designer to join our fast-paced marketing team. In this pivotal individual contributor role, you will be a key player in shaping and elevating the Sauce Labs brand across all touchpoints

Responsibilities :

Lead Creative Vision :

Drive the design for key brand moments, including product launches, marketing campaigns, events, and internal initiatives.

Design Across Mediums :

Create compelling visual content for a wide range of channels, including web, motion, 3D, social media, print, swag, and physical environments.

Build the Brand System :

Evolve and scale our brand system by developing new tools, templates, and guidelines that maintain a fresh and consistent brand identity.

Innovate with Technology :

Experiment with AI and other emerging tools to enhance design speed, quality, and creative possibilities.

Collaborate and Communicate :

Partner with marketing, product, and leadership to ensure cohesive execution of our brand strategy.

Create and Execute :

Develop visual UX components and page templates for our website, creating both templated and custom assets as needed.

Bring Ideas to Life :

Use your skills in motion, 3D, and illustration to transform creative concepts into tangible designs. While a mastery of all is a bonus, a strong ability to direct and collaborate is essential.

Manage Projects :

Oversee project timelines and feedback loops to ensure high-quality work is delivered on schedule.

Foster a Culture of Critique :

Actively participate in giving and receiving thoughtful critique to help maintain a high standard of design across the team.

Required Skills :

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

5-7+ years of professional experience in a design role, with a significant focus on brand design or brand strategy

A portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of visual storytelling and brand systems.

Experience in B2B and technical product marketing, with a proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to clarity, elegance, and reducing visual noise.

The ability to create high-quality work that elevates through subtlety, not spectacle.

A strong sense of when to follow existing brand guidelines and when to push creative boundaries.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.

Proven experience in a fast-paced environment, working within design sprints or similar agile methodologies.

Proficiency in creating visual mockups and communicating design concepts clearly.

We are excited to share the base salary for this position exclusive of fringe benefits, potential bonuses or stock-based compensation. Your base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and / or experience, along with its relationship to the base salaries of current team members at Sauce Labs that are similarly situated.

US Compensation Range

$80,000-$95,000 USD
