Total Compensation Package from $65,000 to $92,000 annually.

Your total compensation comprises a competitive base salary and performance-based bonuses.

• Monthly Performance Bonuses : Earn up to $1,000 per month, up to $12,000 per year!
• Sign On Bonus : Up to $5,000!
• CEUs : 12 CEUs per year + Annual CEU Stipend
• Relocation Packages available

Responsibilities Your Role as a BCaBA :

We’re seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team and provide high-quality ABA services in a clinic-based setting. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will deliver client-centered programming, provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to ensure clinical excellence and meaningful outcomes for children.

This position is onsite at our clinic location, Monday through Friday, with the potential for up to three flex / remote days per month, at the discretion of your direct supervisor.
