Job Title : Senior RFP Writer

Location : Remote, EST hours required

Salary Range : $45 / hr W2

6 month contract

We are seeking a Senior RFP Writer to join our client to help create accurate, persuasive, and strategic proposal responses that support both new business growth and existing client relationships.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with superior writing and editing skills, strong project management abilities, and experience managing complex deliverables under tight deadlines. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with Relationship Management, Business Development, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to deliver proposals that highlight our capabilities and align with company strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, coordination, and submission of high-quality RFPs, RFIs, due diligence questionnaires, and client materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Relationship Management, Business Development, Legal, Compliance, Operations) to gather accurate, timely information.
• Write and edit clear, structured, and persuasive responses tailored to client and prospect needs.
• Manage proposal timelines, delegate tasks, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery of all materials.
• Maintain and improve a centralized proposal content library (e.g., RFPIO or Loopio).
• Apply editorial rigor to ensure grammatical accuracy, formatting consistency, and tone alignment.
• Create and refine pitch decks, Finals presentations, and Due Diligence materials to support business development and client retention efforts.
• Recommend improvements to internal proposal processes and content management practices.
