As an Assistant Superintendent, you will play a vital role in our operations, contributing to our mission of excellence. Your responsibilities will include :

• Collaborating with the Superintendent to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Assisting in the management of project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Engaging with team members to foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Facilitating communication between various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to the Superintendent.
• Supporting training and development initiatives to enhance team skills and performance.

Experience Level :

Preferred experience level is 3 to 20 years.
