At Floyd's, you choose how you earn : start at 40% commission and climb to 55% with no caps , or opt for guaranteed minimum wage - either way, your hustle pays off. We reward performance weekly, so the more you bring in, the more you take home - simple, fair, and fully in your hands. Our Barbers and Stylists usually take home an a verage of  $29.25 - $47.50 / hour . Plus, you'll enjoy unbeatable benefits like :

In this full-time position, you'll be needed during our peak hours, which are primarily on weekends and evenings, so flexibility is a must. We are available when our clients want us to be!
