What this job involves : We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Global Finance Program Manager to support our Global Finance Director in driving key initiatives across one of our top client accounts. This role is ideal for an emerging finance professional with a strong interest in program management, process improvement, and global financial operations. You will play a crucial role in enhancing global financial consistency, improving reporting capabilities, and supporting strategic projects that impact our finance teams globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global & Regional Financial Reporting & Consolidation : Periodic regional analysis, commentary & reporting
  • Coordinate and consolidation of internal global financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Support the Global Finance Director in analyzing consolidated financial data to identify trends and variances.
  • Global Finance Communications : Draft, coordinate, and disseminate key communications to global finance teams, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Maintain communication channels and repositories for global finance updates and resources.
  • Program & Project Coordination : Provide support for the management of global finance programs and innovation initiatives, including tracking progress, managing documentation, and scheduling meetings.
  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables under the guidance of the Global Finance Director.
  • Monitor program timelines and identify potential roadblocks, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Global Consistency & Standardization : Help identify opportunities to promote global consistency in financial processes, policies, and reporting across regions.
  • Support initiatives aimed at standardizing financial practices and enhancing operational efficiency worldwide.
  • Client-Facing Global Finance Dashboards : Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of client-facing global finance dashboards, ensuring data integrity and usability.
  • Assist with data gathering, validation, and user acceptance testing for reporting tools.
  • Global Governance Support : Contribute to the establishment and adherence of global finance governance frameworks and policies.
  • Assist in organizing and preparing materials for governance meetings and committees.
  • Process Improvement & Optimization : Actively participate in identifying areas for improvement within global finance processes.
  • Support efforts to optimize financial systems and workflows, contributing to efficiency gains.
  • Financial Acumen & Analysis : Develop a strong understanding of the accounts core financial processes (e.g., procure-to-pay, budgeting, forecasting).
  • Assist in basic financial data analysis to support various projects and initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Coordination : Coordinate effectively with various internal stakeholders across global finance teams, IT, and other business units to gather information and facilitate project activities.
  • Help manage communication and expectations with project participants.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a finance, project coordination, or business analyst role, preferably within a global or multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly.
  • Proficiency in Google & Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with JLL financial systems and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic global setting.
  • Estimated compensation for this position : 121,200.00 - 159,400.00 USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
