As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol - Swing Shift in Reno, NV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence to support a welcoming environment. You will conduct routine patrols, engage with guests and staff, and offer exceptional customer service. Position Type : Full Time

Pay Rate : $19.00 / Hour

Position Responsibilities :

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, theft, or unusual activity within the location.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and / or local authorities as required.
• Document and submit reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities according to Allied Universal guidelines.
• Assist with access control, crowd management, and / or other security-related duties as assigned by site management.
