- Shift : Rotating 12-hour shifts (Day : 07 : 00 – 19 : 30, Night : 19 : 00 – 07 : 30); float between day and night shifts as needed\n
- Weekend / Holiday Coverage : Every other weekend and holiday rotations as necessary\n
- Unit : Intermediate Care (IMC), with float to ICU and Med Surg\n
- Estimated Weekly Salary : $1610 - $1730\n
- Scrubs : Ceil Blue (not provided)\n
- Flu Vaccine : Required (no exemptions)\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in Intermediate Care, Cardiac Stepdown, or acute care nursing\n
- Active Maryland or Compact RN license (required at time of application)\n
- Certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS (current and valid)\n
- Proficient in cardiac telemetry, ventilator care, and central line management\n
- Ability to float to ICU and Medical Surgical units as needed\n
- Experience with Cerner EMR system preferred\n
- Two (2) supervisor references required\n

- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with cardiac, neuro, respiratory, and GI / GU diagnoses in the IMC / Stepdown unit\n
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry, manage dysrhythmias, and provide cardiac nursing support\n
- Administer and monitor IV drips (non-titratable), blood products, and cardiac medications\n
- Care for ventilated and tracheostomy patients, including high-flow nasal cannula and non-invasive airway management\n
- Perform central and peripheral line care, wound care, and phlebotomy\n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including physical therapy, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, and rapid response teams\n
- Float to ICU and Med Surg units as required by facility needs\n
- Participate in rapid response / code teams and adhere to infection control and isolation precautions\n
