- Utilize conversation guides and criteria to pre-screen prospects effectively.
- Identify client challenges and match them with appropriate solutions and product paths.
- Forward leads to the underwriting team or account executives for further processing.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and notes using the designated CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Stay updated on service offerings to provide accurate and relevant information during outreach.
- Monitor and assess client feedback to improve outreach strategies and communication.
- Support the development of outreach campaigns to enhance client engagement.
- Proven experience in client outreach or benefits coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with benefits administration functions, including COBRA and leave of absence management.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits practices.
- Proficient in using CRM systems to track and manage client interactions.
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
