Manager, Technical Program Management - Enterprise Engineering

Enterprise Engineering is seeking a Manager of Technical Program Management. As a key member of the team, you will drive strategic initiatives for Enterprise Engineering in close partnership with engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams. The team's roadmap includes strategic initiatives such as Security, Privacy, and Compliance, which demand cross-functional collaboration across the organization. Additionally, you will have opportunities to work with partners across Meta to understand their problems and devise solutions to address customer needs. As a leader, you will guide your team in identifying technical problem statements, creating technical roadmaps, scoping programs to deliver technical outcomes aligned with business priorities, and driving them to completion by aligning and leading large cross-functional teams. Enterprise Engineering provides the tools and services necessary for Meta employees to perform their jobs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and grow the existing technical program management teams while fostering a healthy and productive team dynamic
• Forge partnerships with technical and business leaders across the organization and across the company, ensuring that team resource investments align with company priorities
• Structure and optimize the organization for effective execution, including attracting talent and swiftly filling gaps in the existing team to facilitate growth
• Build and lead an organization centered on customer focus and effective communication, emphasizing decisive, fast-moving solutions, quick and constructive conflict resolution, and a 'no barriers' mindset
• Mentor other team members. Play a significant role in healthy cross-functional collaboration

$167,000 / year to $230,000 / year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
