What Youll Do
Conduct comprehensiveFunctional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)via telehealth to determine the function of client behaviors.Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)that align with each clients goals and therapy setting.Collaborate remotelywith RBTs, caregivers, and clinical team members to ensure consistency and fidelity in behavior intervention strategies.Provideongoing supervision, feedback, and trainingto RBTs and behavior technicians on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) best practices.Collect, review, and analyze behavioral datathrough digital platforms to assess progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans.Participate intreatment team meetingsto discuss client progress, treatment goals, and necessary modifications to programming.Maintainclear and consistent communication with families, offering guidance on implementing behavioral strategies in the home and community.Ensure all documentation, session notes, and reports meetethical, clinical, and payer compliance standards.What Youll Bring
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification(required).Masters degreein Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA servicesin a clinical or telehealth setting (remote experience strongly preferred).Proven ability toconduct virtual assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide supervisionthrough telehealth platforms.Strongdata collection, analysis, and digital documentationskills using electronic data systems (e.g., CentralReach, Catalyst, Rethink, or similar).Excellentcommunication and collaboration skillsfor working with remote teams, caregivers, and RBTs.High level oforganization, time management, and self-motivationto manage caseloads independently.Commitment to maintainingethical and evidence-based practicesin a virtual environment.What You Will Love Most About The ITD Group
