Project Manager

The Project Manager will organize, manage and plan complex projects for the organization's research, development and product implementation efforts.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications and with accuracy and efficiency
• Inspect job sites of each installation crew and correct as needed. Accountable to technician assessments of potential solar installation sites to determine feasibility and design requirements
• Accompany crews on job sites to ensure quality and improve techniques
• Communicate and coordinate with sales manager on a regular basis
• Serve as a point of contact for customers / clients during each installation
• Coordinate with corporate departments on a daily basis, provide accurate installation forecasts and branch performance reporting
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and minimize risk
• Coordinate of permitting for installations
• Provide progress reports and other status updates to management team
• Ensure the safety of the staff by holding weekly trainings / meetings
• Perform additional duties as assigned and / or directed
