What You'll Be Doing :

• Team Leadership : Lead, inspire, and motivate your squad Shift Leaders and Crew members. You'll train them to be as fired up about hot chicken as you are!
• Running the Show : Help manage day-to-day operations, making sure everything is running like a well-oiled fryer. From food prep to customer service, you're the captain of the ship.
• Customer Happiness : We don't just serve food; we serve experiences! Be the face of exceptional service and handle any guest concerns with a smile. You've got this!
• Money Moves : Keep an eye on the budget and inventory, and make sure our profits are just as hot as our chicken. You'll assist with ordering supplies, managing cash, and making sure everything is balanced.
• Training the Next Generation : You'll guide new team members through the DHC Training Program, teaching them how to be pros at serving up spicy goodness.
