Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for the overall system design, documenting development requirements for database, applications, and operating system environment. The role involves consulting with end users to test and debug applications to meet client needs. The candidate will serve as an expert in all aspects of designing and application development and may conduct training for IT staff. A bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred. Candidates should have 8 or more years of experience in the field or a related area, demonstrating expertise in various concepts, practices, and procedures. The role requires extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, perform complex tasks, and provide consultation on complex projects as a top-level contributor or specialist.
