Project Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Project Operations to lead a team responsible for delivering customer-facing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of project managers, specialists, and coordinators

Oversee the execution of customer onboarding, upgrades, and other related projects

Monitor project performance and support the PMO in implementing governance and delivery standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

7+ years of experience in project management, including 2+ years in a leadership role

Proven ability to manage customer-facing projects in a fast-paced environment

Strong collaboration skills with consulting and customer success teams

PMP or equivalent certification preferred
