Protouch Staffing is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a travel job in Oak Lawn, Illinois.

Location : Oak Lawn, IL

Shift : Evenings, 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 30 PM (8-hour shifts)

Schedule : 40 hours / week, Every Other Weekend, 1 holiday per contract required

Assignment Length : 13 weeks

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general and portable X-rays, surgery cases (GI / Surgery / Trauma) to support diagnostic and advanced patient care
  • Operate GE XR, Siemens Flouro, GE C-Arm, and Fuji portable equipment
  • Deliver radiology services in a high-volume trauma center with multiple techs per shift
  • Document exams using Epic EMR; maintain quality and safety standards
  • Support perioperative imaging and collaborate with clinicians
  • Attend unit orientation and comply with scheduling, RTO approval, and organizational protocols

    • Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as an X-Ray Technologist in a hospital / trauma / OR setting
  • ARRT (R), IEMA, and current BLS certifications
  • Experience with Level 1 trauma, surgery, and GI imaging preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • First-time travelers welcomed if experienced Xray tech
