Job descriptionGraduate from an ACGME accredited residency program. Board Eligibility or Certification in Otolaryngology is required. 2-3 years of practice experience is desired; however, new graduates are welcome to apply! Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license before start. The ideal candidate will place a priority on improving lives through compassionate and innovative healthcare and focus on building lasting relationships with their patients as well as strong ties within the community. Shift Rate : $2,400 per 8 hour shift Malpractice insurance, including tail insurance, is fully covered! Washington State has no income tax, enhancing your financial benefits. Skagit Regional Health is an integrated health system with a growing staff of nearly 3,000, including a medical staff of over 600, and is comprised of 2 acute care hospitals and 30 outpatient clinics in over 25 medical specialties. Skagit Valley Hospital is a licensed 137-bed facility with a Level III Trauma Center. The hospital features a full range of services including the latest surgery techniques, including multiple surgical robots; renal dialysis; a well-appointed Family Birth Center; compressive diagnostic imaging and an advanced heart and vascular institute with the only cardiac catheterization labs in the area. Our new, state of the art surgery center opened in December 2023, which has offered additional clinic space, outpatient ORs and additional endoscopy suites. Highlights :
- Support a team of five (5) physicians and one (1) PA. Our Ear, Nose and Throat program also has an integrated Audiology department and a nurse ran Allergy clinic.
- Share call covering one hospital, Skagit Valley Hospital, a Level III Trauma Center.
- See patients in a brand new, state-of-the-art clinic and Operating Rooms at the Mount Vernon Surgery Center. Inpatient Operating Rooms also available at Skagit Valley Hospital, located across the street from the clinic. We offer the latest surgical technology including the StealthStation ENT Navigation System.
- Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization.
