A healthcare facility in Chicago, IL is seeking an Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist to join their team on a contract basis. This role involves supporting diagnostic and therapeutic procedures using imaging technology with a focus on IR techniques.

Responsibilities include preparing and operating imaging equipment during procedures, assisting physicians by monitoring patient status, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Qualifications and Desired Experience :

• Certification and training as a Radiologic Technologist with a specialization in Interventional Radiology
• Experience operating imaging equipment such as fluoroscopy, CT, or angiography suites
• Knowledge of radiation safety and patient positioning techniques
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
