Are you passionate about turning innovative concepts into reality Do you thrive in dynamic environments Raytheon is seeking a talented and motivated Systems Engineer to join our team within the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SETC) Discipline supporting a range of sensor and effectors programs such as Patriot and NASAMS. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across the full lifecycle of the product from concept to deployment.

Every day will bring new challenges requiring you to collaborate across disciplines to troubleshoot issues perform data analysis and implement solutions. Your contributions will directly impact the success of mission-critical defense systems and youll have a hands-on role in ensuring the entire system functions seamlessly.

What You Will Do

In this Systems Engineer role you will support the following types of activities :

• Lead Testing Efforts : Develop and implement test plans procedures integration and verification documentation in both simulated and real-world environments.
• Troubleshoot and Analyze : Identify and resolve hardware software and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging.
• Drive Performance : Collaborate across functions to drive performance improvements and resolve system issues.
• Integrate Systems : Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems evaluating their functionality and impact.
• Collaborate and Lead : Work with and lead a multi-disciplinary team to achieve seamless integration and system functionality.
• Document and Communicate : Develop integration documentation execute plans analyze data verify requirements and effectively communicate results to leadership and stakeholders.
• Perform Data Analysis : Conduct statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data to ensure optimal system performance and verify requirements.
• Present Findings : Present technical findings and solutions to leadership and customers.
• Support Missions : Travel as needed (up to 20%) to support mission execution at various locations including local RTX facilities test sites vendor facilities and customer locations.
• This role is based out of Andover MA.

The salary range for this role is 66000 USD - 130000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education / training and key skills.
