Schedule : 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 9 : 00am-4 : 00pm, and rotating Saturdays 9 : 00am-4 : 00pm. When scheduled to work on a Saturday, a weekday off will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Work together with Showroom Sales Consultants to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

Pay Range : $20.57 - $32.91 Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
