TA Coordinator Opportunity

Our client, Bloom Energy, is seeking a dedicated and proactive TA Coordinator to join their dynamic team. As a vital member of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the recruitment process, the ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional candidate experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment and develop your career in human resources and recruiting. This is a fully onsite opportunity.

What's the Job?

• Schedule and coordinate interviews for all incoming candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
• Maintain positive candidate experiences by providing friendly support and guidance throughout the interview process.
• Coordinate with the backend organization for interview logistics and candidate travel arrangements across different time zones.
• Manage candidate expense reports and support recruiters by inputting data into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist in creating status update reports for hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders.
