Position : Sales Manager

Location : Richmond, Virginia

Compensation : $25 to $27 per hour + Commission + Benefits

We are seeking a high-energy Sales Manager to lead revenue growth for a luxury beauty and skincare studio in Richmond, VA. This role is perfect for someone who excels in a membership-driven, service-focused, fast-paced environment and loves creating a welcoming, high-touch guest experience.

The ideal candidate is a natural closer with a background in retail sales, spa or wellness sales, fitness studio sales, or hospitality guest engagement . This position plays a key role in driving membership conversions, service upgrades, and long-term client retention .

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales , upgrades, and service revenue through proactive outreach and in-studio engagement
• Lead the front desk team to ensure strong conversion rates , exceptional service delivery, and consistent client follow-through
• Build relationships with clients by offering personalized recommendations and upselling value-added services
• Maintain smooth daily operations, assist with scheduling, and support team performance
• Collaborate closely with leadership and report directly to the Sales Director on KPIs and sales outcomes
