Job descriptionThe first 3-4 weeks are in the office for training the after it will be remote Call center type role, making outbound and receiving inbound calls Outreach to member providing education and training to care givers and members for transition Speaking with managed care members and legal representatives Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English 1 year of Previous healthcare customer service experience High call volume experience Previous appointment scheduling experience Must have a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Attendance is mandatory the first 90 days We offer medical benefits after the first 90 days of employment.
