Are you looking for a place where your work truly makes a difference?

We're opening our first Chicago location in the vibrant River North neighborhood and are seeking passionate, dedicated Lead and Assistant Teachers to join our founding team.

Lead Teacher Responsibilities :

• Lead daily lessons using a thoughtfully developed curriculum, with opportunities to contribute your own creative ideas.
• Create a warm, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that supports each child's development.
• Communicate consistently and thoughtfully with families through daily conversations, messages, and documentation.
• Collaborate with your teaching team to deliver a consistent and high-quality educational experience.

Lead Teacher Minimum Qualifications (Illinois DCFS Standards) :

60 semester hours (or 90 quarter hours) from an accredited college or university, with at least 6 semester hours in early childhood education or child development; OR

Assistant Teacher Responsibilities :
