Saint Lukes South in Overland Park is seeking Registered Nurse to join our progressive care unit team. We are looking for positive nurses who enjoy working with a team, passionate about helping others expand their skill sets and is patient centered. Saint Lukes South is proudly a Primary Stroke Center as well as STEMI receiving center. It delivers high-quality health care to Johnson County, Kansas, and the surrounding communities. It has been certified by The Joint Commission in orthopedic joint replacement for hip and knee.

Shift Details : Full Time Day Shift

The Work

• Utilizes the nursing process
• Performs patient care, delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff
• Coordinates the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines and procedures

We are looking for collaborative, resourceful, and positive nurses who love empowering and teaching others.

Job Requirements

Applicable Experience :

Less than 1 year

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse (KS) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)

Associate Degree
