Job description
  • Open ROs for shop repairs and / or field repairs as needed
  • Take incoming calls for Trailer Service Dept. Assist customer and / or distribute to correct team member.
  • Collect payment on COD repair orders when customers pickup trailer.
  • Assist with collections
  • Handle uniform invoices each week
  • Order new technician’s uniforms, size upgrades, etc.
  • Issue PO numbers to vendors.
  • Secondary point of contact for accident reporting (shop injury).
  • Assist with collecting payment on COD “field” repairs.

    • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
