Multiclassroom lead teacher

Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified, dependable lead to work with various age groups ranging from 6 weeks to 4 years. This position requires excellent supervision and caregiving. The individual will be responsible for working independently and managing the classroom effectively. Schedule options include four 10-hour days with one day off per week, plus one long weekend off per month for work-life balance. There is also an option to work five days per week (Mon–Fri) if preferred.

Duties

• Excellent supervision and caregiving
• Verbal and written communication skills
• CPR / First Aid certification (within 90 days of hire)
• Implementation of lesson plans
• Playground supervision
• Multitasking and adaptability

Requirements

Compensation is based on previous experience and education level and will be discussed at the time of interview.
