Lead Front Bar Receptionist

Operations & Guest Experience

• Model exceptional client care and hospitality at all times— ensuring every guest feels seen, supported, and valued.
• Oversee daily front bar operations, including guest check-ins / outs, phone, BLVD messages, and product transactions.
• Monitor and manage the daily flow of appointments, assisting estheticians to stay on time.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating to management when appropriate.
• Execute and maintain studio opening and closing procedures, including cash drawer reconciliation and end-of-day reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all state board, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Support corporate initiatives and local campaigns to enhance brand visibility and guest retention.

Position Requirements

1-2 years of prior leadership and / or marketing experience

Availability to work onsite events (Nights and weekends)
