Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Med Surg Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 17 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days, nights Employment Type : Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg Location : 3000 Hospital Blvd, Roswell, GA Job Type : Travel Assignment Start Date : 11 / 17 / 2025 Assignment Length : 13 Weeks with possible extension Shift : 3x12-hour shifts Hours : 36 hours per week Key Responsibilities : Deliver safe and effective nursing care in accordance with the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and ANA Code of Ethics . Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across a diverse medical-surgical patient population. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and allied health staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. Document accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record system. Support service excellence and uphold the voice of the patient and Wellstar’s standards of care. Maintain professional knowledge and participate in shared governance and quality improvement initiatives.
