Description :

Home visits are required for this position.

Periodic office meetings will also be part of the role.

Candidates must have reliable transportation, a current driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance.

The average number of patients per day is 5-6.

Contractors will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day.

Each type of visit and activity holds a different point value, contributing to roughly 30 points per week.

Traveling up to 75 miles from the home clinic is expected.

Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS standard rate.

Travelers are compensated from one patient’s home to another; the commute to and from the first and last patient is not billable.

Local candidates are accepted.

Must be willing to float to assigned clinics if patient census is low.

All documentation must be completed within 24 hours of the appointment with the patient.

Late and incomplete documentation will impact billing and follow-up patient care.

Weekly productivity points of 30 are expected, equating to 40 hours per week.

Candidates should be prepared to manage their schedules efficiently and accept each patient assigned to them.

The position may include home health and assisted living facility visits.
