Job descriptionProcessing presumptive eligibility, indexing, performing frontline clerical support such as answering a main phone line, opening and sorting mail, preparing outgoing mail, certified mail, scanning and electronic faxing. Duties also include processing provider documentation and communicating with providers via email and phone, .and other duties as assigned. Training will be provided on specialty software and data systems. None. Processing presumptive eligibility, indexing, performing frontline clerical support such as answering a main phone line, opening and sorting mail, preparing outgoing mail, certified mail, scanning and electronic faxing. Duties also include processing provider documentation and communicating with providers via email and phone, .and other duties as assigned. Training will be provided on specialty software and data systems. No specialized skills or certifications required. Must have computer experience. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. COMPENSATION We will pay an hourly rate that is commensurate to experience and ranges between $15 to $17.
