Key Responsibilities
Manage employee relations cases, including intake, investigations, and documentation
Conduct exit interviews and analyze exit trends for reporting purposes
Project manage employee relations initiatives and support HR compliance efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Humanities, or Liberal Arts
5 years of relevant experience preferred
Ability to exercise sound judgment in a regulated environment
Experience with HR compliance and policy administration
Work authorization as a Green Card holder, US Citizen, or valid work visa
