Role Overview :
In this role, you'll design, develop, test, and implement integration solutions connecting the Workday platform with other internal and external systems. You'll ensure smooth data flow across HR, Finance, and other departments.
You'll collaborate closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors - from understanding requirements to building, testing, and supporting integrations using Workday Studio , EIB , and APIs (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON) .
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather business and technical requirements for integrations.
- Design and build integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and APIs .
- Test, troubleshoot, and deploy integration solutions.
- Work with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Provide post-go-live support and train internal teams on maintaining integrations.
- Maintain clear documentation for all developed interfaces and processes.
