Contract Collections Specialist - Eden Prairie, Mn

We're seeking a skilled Contract Collections Specialist to work in Eden Prairie, MN for a contract opportunity.

Responsibilities :

Contact clients via phone, email, and written correspondence to collect outstanding payments and resolve past due accounts.

Research accounts and payment histories to determine reason for delinquency.

Document all collection activities and interactions within the company's systems.

Work closely with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and support timely resolution.

Recommend accounts for escalation or further action as needed.

Requirements :

At least 2 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Familiarity with collection software and Microsoft Office Suite.
