Role Description

The Electrical & Power Lab Manager will oversee the daily operations of Sediver's laboratory in West Memphis, AR, ensuring the lab functions efficiently and meets quality standards. Responsibilities include managing quality control processes, maintaining lab equipment, conducting research and development (R&D), and monitoring product performance under various environmental and electrical conditions. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring hands-on leadership and expertise in laboratory operations and team supervision.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Control processes to ensure adherence to product and operational standards.
• Experience managing and maintaining Laboratory Equipment and utilizing Laboratory Skills to perform tests and analyses effectively.
• Strong Analytical Skills for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and evaluating test results.
• Background in Research and Development (R&D) to innovate and enhance existing processes and products.
• Strong leadership and management abilities to guide and support laboratory teams.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills for coordinating tasks and reports.
• Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with insulator technology or high-voltage equipment is a significant advantage.
