Summary of Job :

This is an experienced VDC Coordinator position where the incumbent will translate design intent contract documents or 3D design models of Plumbing, Mechanical and / or HVAC systems into fabrication and installation detail Building Information Models (BIM's) utilizing BIM fabrication modelling software.

Education and Experience :

• 2 or more years of experience with installation or 3D modelling of mechanical or plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication CADMEP and Autodesk Navisworks
• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit or any other BIM related software is a plus
• A working familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and ability to be trained in use of the Company-specific applications and software
