Role Description :

Implement proactive monitoring and alerting mechanisms.

Ensure system security through role-based access controls and encryption

Maintain compliance with SAP Notes, support packages, and industry regulations.

Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments.

Maintain detailed documentation for system architecture, upgrade procedures

Manage cutover activities and post-go-live stabilization.

Provide hyper care support and issue resolution.
