Staff Product Manager

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager : Enrollment and Participation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and articulate a clear product strategy for tools driving enrollment into grid-positive programs

Collaborate with engineering and design to prioritize problems and launch MVPs for validation

Lead user research and measure key metrics for enrollment and participation products

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience leading product teams

Experience in driving customers through funnels for program engagement

Proven ability to lead multi-team efforts towards shared business goals

Experience building enterprise software (B2B and / or B2C)

Ability to facilitate and articulate technical design concepts
