Job descriptionPartner with teams across the company to identify tasks and processes that can be improved with AI. Design and develop custom AI-powered solutions and workflows, with a primary focus on the Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Apps Script, etc.). Contribute to large-scale AI projects, from initial prototyping to final implementation, and become the go-to expert for AI tool development. Use APIs from leading AI platforms (like Google Gemini, etc.) to integrate intelligent features into our existing workflows. Help test, debug, and document new tools to ensure they are reliable and easy for our team to use. Continuously monitor and evaluate advancements in the field of Artificial Intelligence to integrate new techniques and capabilities into our processes and methodologies. A recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related technical field. Strong foundational knowledge of Python and demonstrable experience developing solutions within Google Workspace (e.g., Google App Script). A proactive and ambitious individual with the drive to become our subject matter expert (SME) for AI tool, project, and workflow development. Familiarity with cloud-based AI / ML platforms, such as Google Vertex AI, is highly desirable. An excellent problem-solver with the ability to think critically and creatively to architect new solutions. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a team environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
