In this role, you’ll work closely with our Immigration Attorneys and DOJ Accredited Representatives to guide clients through the immigration process.

Our organization is seeking a Bilingual (English / Spanish) Immigration Paralegal to join our Immigration Legal Services team. In this role, you will provide vital support to our team by assisting with client intake, case preparation, and application processing for immigration benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the work of Immigration Attorneys and / or DOJ Accredited Representatives on individual cases.
• Conduct in-person and phone intake interviews with clients.
• Prepare and organize individual client case materials and documentation.
• Provide referrals, advocacy, and general support to individuals and families.
• Interpret and translate client communications and case documents between English and Spanish.
