Mid-To-Senior Level Graphic Designer

Our client is a fast-moving creative agency specializing in high-impact design for mission-driven organizations and campaigns across the U.S. Their work spans branding, digital, and print, bringing bold ideas to life through storytelling, precision, and design that moves people to act. Location: Fully remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Role Overview: The mid-to-senior level graphic designer will create visually compelling designs for both print and digital platforms, balancing creativity with execution in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a designer with a strong foundation in Adobe Creative Suite, a sharp eye for visual composition, and openness to exploring AI tools that enhance creative workflows.

The designer will primarily produce static assets for campaigns and social media, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality print and digital assets, including campaign collateral, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
• Ensure designs align with creative direction, brand standards, and project goals.
• Maintain visual consistency across multiple deliverables and quick-turnaround projects.

Collaboration & Innovation:

• Incorporate feedback efficiently and adapt to specific design preferences.
• Stay up to date with new creative tools, particularly AI-assisted design applications, and bring a curious, learning-oriented mindset to every project.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative and strategy teams to deliver projects on time and at the highest quality.

Qualifications:

• 36 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within an agency or campaign-focused setting.
• Proven ability to produce high-volume, high-quality creative under tight deadlines.
• Portfolio demonstrating a strong mix of print and social media work (experience with political or advocacy clients is a plus).

Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with Framer is a plus.
• Familiarity with or openness to learning AI-driven design tools such as Midjourney.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Adaptable to feedback and established visual styles.
• Fast, resourceful, and reliable under pressure.
• Curious and growth-oriented, with an interest in the intersection of design and AI.
