Security Associate- Full Time

Hilton Grand Vacations is looking for a Security Associate to join the Cancun Resort Las Vegas team. Apply now to join our journey to success! Located just south of the famous Las Vegas Strip, Cancun Las Vegas, a Hilton Vacation Club offers a retreat from the Entertainment Capital of the World's non-stop action. Our resort boasts 446 units and offers spacious and well-appointed villas and penthouse suites. Guests can enjoy a cascading waterfall, four water slides, a grand swimming pool, and a poolside caf for family fun. Additionally, a full range of spa services is available for those looking to escape and relax.

Responsibilities include :

  • Quickly respond to emergency conditions, such as fire, safety hazards, threats to life and / or property, etc.
  • Patrols the interior and perimeter of the property to observe and identify potential safety and / or security risks and / or undesirable conditions.
  • Oversee the alarm systems.
  • Maintains inspection reports and records.
  • Investigates all security incidents, accidents, suspicious activities, safety, and fire hazards and prepare a complete report to include statements from involved parties and witnesses.
  • Other duties as assigned by your leader.

    • Qualifications :

    What are we looking for?

  • Ability to patrol the property for 8-9 hours at a time
  • Dedicated to greeting and working well with guests in a friendly and effective manner at all times
  • Ability to work various shifts throughout the week
  • 1 to 2 years of previous experience in a customer service-focused Security position.
  • Must have previous computer experience and excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills to write incident reports

    • Preferred, but not required :

  • Prior experience working in a hotel
  • Military or law enforcement background
  • Current First Aid / CPR certifications
